Ontera – Milliken (Australia) Pty Ltd met the design brief for flooring at Westpac Place, the headquarters for Westpac Banking Corporation in Sydney.
Ontera supplied over 64,000 square metres of DyeStart carpet (custom) to meet the design brief, which sought a field tile, an additional version providing a ‘stipple’ effect and 15 bright colours in both solid and striped formats. All the resulting individual components were laid in alternating designs depending on the location.
Ontera also met Westpac’s sustainability requirements with supplier sustainability policies and practice considered across all major design elements including the choice of carpet product. Ontera’s carpet was specified by Geyer Design and Hassell.
