The final stage of the redevelopment of Chelmsford’s former Anglia Ruskin University site, City Park West Phase 2 completed the vision outlined in architects Pollard Thomas Edwards’ (PTE) master plan for their client Genesis Housing Association, transforming the west end of Chelmsford.
Phase 2 of the project comprises of a series of public squares and refurbished heritage buildings, commercial spaces and over 600 new homes, creating a new gateway to the city of Chelmsford.
