PILA group® manufactured and installed AFL goal posts and rugby conversion kit for Western Australia’s highest capacity stadium, Patersons Stadium (Subiaco Oval) in Perth.
A regular AFL venue during the season, Patersons Stadium is the home ground of both Perth-based AFL teams – the West Coast Eagles and the Fremantle Dockers. The popular stadium also plays host to major concerts and sporting events including the 2015 One Direction tour and September’s Castrol Edge Rugby Championship game between the Qantas Wallabies and the South Africa Springboks.
To meet the multipurpose use of the ground, Patersons sought a goal post solution to accommodate the variety and frequency of change, finding it in PILA’s AFL goal posts with a rugby conversion kit.
