The 40EXT Excavator flail mulcher, available from RockHound Attachments Australia , is designed for maximum professional brush clearing durability for grass, scrub and material up to 150mm.
This EXTreme built flail mulcher has 250hp components such as the cutter drum that is over 13mm thick, mounting ears that are 17mm thick, end plates that are 19mm thick and the abrasion resistant AR plate shroud of 10mm.
The new 40 EXTreme triple hammer knife configuration is another innovation from the originator of the excavator flail brush shredders.
Shown here is the 40EXT, using the thumb grab mounted to the excavator boom to pickup and shift material. All RockHound Attachments have an optional 'thumb saddle' that can be used in conjunction with the excavators thumb to pickup logs and rocks, etc. The 40EXT comes standard with the 'thumb saddle'.
