Average household electricity consumption in Australia is the third highest in the world, according to the World Energy Council. At 7,000 kWh per year, a typical Australian household’s use of electricity is more than twice the global average. Most of this consumption (62%) is attributed to heating, cooling and hot water. Given the rising energy prices and increasing awareness of sustainable living, it makes sense to optimise and reduce.
More and more homeowners, architects and builders are seeking energy efficient heating solutions that provide greater comfort and guarantee lower ongoing costs. Stiebel Eltron offers expert advice on hydronic heating systems for underfloor and radiant heating, along with an in-house design service that assists customers from the design stage through to commissioning and after sales support.
