Featuring 255 apartments across its two precincts, the project offers residents access to a resort-style pool, BBQ entertainment area and comfortable picnic nooks.
Stiebel Eltron supplied a total of 195 instantaneous water heaters in three configurations to the Waterford Apartments ensuring residents have an endless supply of hot water to suit their luxurious lifestyle. Indoor hot water is possible thanks to the compact design of Stiebel electric instantaneous units, which do not require any ventilation or drainage. Stiebel water heater models supplied for this project included HDB-E 27, HDB-E 18 and DHC-E 8/50
