Studco Building Systems offers a wide variety of sound isolation mounts for ceilings, in particular a selection of isolation hangers with differing load capacities. The different load bearing capabilities of these sound isolation hangers makes it possible to achieve high levels of ceiling acoustics regardless of the ceiling system weight.
Each isolation hanger is uniquely colour coded to identify the ceiling load capacity and there are three versions available: 29kg, 54kg and 91kg. These ceiling hangers isolate the ceiling system from the structure and can be integrated with standard Studco M21 hanging rods.
Providing a 5mm static deflection, these ceiling sound isolation mounts fully comply with all Australian Standards and BCA guidelines and will not reduce the load capacity of the ceiling system.
