Tessellated tiles were selected for the outdoor areas of a Californian bungalow situated in Sydney’s historic suburb of Haberfield, NSW.
This Californian bungalow is characterised by stained glass windows, decorative timber trimmings, brickwork and tessellated tiles. The client sought a tessellated tile design that complemented the features of the home.
Showcased here is our ‘Glasgow’ tessellated design, a stunning geometric pattern that holds great elegance and sophistication. To enhance this pattern, we incorporated our encaustic tile ‘Leeds’ into the centre of every pattern repeat to bring out the beauty and hit that design mark.
Installed on the verandah and footpath of the house, the tessellated tiles enrich the bungalow’s architectural features and align it with its contemporary renovation.
