The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) has installed its popular and stylish expandable gate to secure the premises of the new Lorna Jane store, which opened recently at Broadbeach on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
Lorna Jane is a global women’s activewear brand headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, with more than 134 stores across Australia, New Zealand, the U.S. and Singapore, and licensee stores in New Caledonia, Mexico, Europe, Dubai and Malaysia.
Project design specifications
The expandable gate, which spans the tenancy opening measuring 7000mm wide x 3700mm high, achieves lock up through a series of intermediate up/down locks, which provide seamless security without the need for any removeable floor track. A further unique advantage of this overhead door system is the absence of any requirement for overhead headroom.
The unique door system folds completely out of the way and out of sight when not in use so as to provide a completely clear retail trading space.
Specifying architect
The specifiers for this project were Hong-Kong based XCS Group while Geebung, QLD-based Burke and Wills Projects served as the project managers.
Finish
The doors installed on this project were supplied in a standard Pearl White powdercoated finish.
Warranty
12-month warranty against defective materials and workmanship applies.
