HEATSTRIP Classic radiant heaters from Thermofilm Australia have been installed at one of the world’s most famous and iconic landmarks in Paris to keep visitors warm and comfortable.
Thermofilm’s Australian designed and manufactured ceiling-mounted heating panels have been installed at the historic Eiffel Tower in Paris, France in the waiting and final security checkpoint areas.
Featuring an elegant slimline design and silent operation, Thermofilm’s HEATSTRIP Classic radiant heating panels blend in unobtrusively with their surroundings, while providing gentle, constant, energy-efficient heat output for staff and guests eager to make the journey up the famous structure.
There were several challenges to the installation of the heating panels at the historic site. These included designing a heating system that was inaccessible to the public; incorporating it with lights and insect repellent devices; and ensuring robust quality to support 12+ hours of operation each day, during the colder months.
