Thump Architectural Fittings recently manufactured and supplied stair balustrade components for the Sunshine Hospital in Victoria.
The balustrade design was based on the X1 Series fascia fix frameless glass balustrade system, but was modified in consultation with the Architect so that it would suit specific project requirements.
Thump Architectural Fittings manufactured the balustrades in modular components which were transported to site and installed by the balustrade installer. Thump Architectural Fittings also performed a site measure prior to manufacture to ensure the balustrade components, particularly the handrails, fitted to precision. Thump also provided detailed drawings and instructions to demonstrate where and how the components were to be installed.
