A timber look decking product from UBIQ was installed on the verandah of
a granny flat in Epping, NSW.
The owner of the project being built by Woodley Constructions Pty Ltd
sought a timber deck appearance, but without the cost or ongoing maintenance of
timber. INEX>DECKING was recommended as the perfect solution, being a timber
substitute material that actually looked like timber.
The timber look was achieved with a simple finish consisting of two
coats of a water based wood stain from Intergrain NaturalStain.

Engineered Cementitious composite (ECC) technology delivering the assurance of long
term durability.
Key features of INEX>DECKING composite decking include non-combustible
material, suitable for use in all bushfire prone zones including BAL-FZ when
