Arch Plus multipurpose Trim-Tex corner plastering beads, now available from Wallboard Tools, are a combination of a 90º external corner bead and a 90º archway bead, providing smooth transitions between 90º corners and free flowing curves.
The 6mm tear off strip acts as the transition between straight, clean lines and free flowing curves. When the strip is left intact for a 90º corner, it simply needs to be cut, bent and torn towards the bead to create an Archway Bead.
Arch Plus is easily installed with a spray-on adhesive and staples, similar to the standard Trim-Tex corner beads. For additional strength when bonding, every tab on the Arch Plus plastering beads can be stapled.
