Australian Pump Industries announces the launch of a new range of 4,000 psi steam cleaners designed specifically for heavy duty industrial applications.
Delivering more efficient steam cleaning, Aussie Pumps’ new Admiral 4,000 is ideal for serious applications in food processing, livestock production, construction, mining and heavy industry.
The Admiral 4,000 combines a 7.5 kW, 4 pole heavy duty motor and a big triplex industrial pump to offer 130°C steam delivered at a powerful 4,000 psi pressure.
Aussie Pumps’ Hamish Lorenz explains that the extra 1,000 psi available in the Admiral 4,000 over the market standard means much faster cleans, saving time, energy, labour, water and power for the customer.
Mounted on a heavy duty steel chassis with a stainless steel cover, the Admiral 4,000 steam cleaner features a wide range of protection devices such as Timed Total Stop, Auto Shut-down, Micro-leak Detection, and Low Fuel sensor with warning light to simplify operation for the user.
According to Lorenz, the pressures are set at 4,000 psi, and the operator has the ability to vary both pressure and temperature on the control panel. The user has an infinitely variable control of temperature from ambient (cold water) all the way through to 130°C.
Aussie Pumps recommends that operators set the machine between 75°C and 80°C, a range that will get them the best combination of hot water and fuel consumption and is ideal for washing big plant such as mining gear, trucks or tractors.
The triplex pump delivers a powerful 15 lpm flow. The machine comes with integrated detergent injection and is mounted on four big solid rubber wheels for ease of movement in a factory, warehouse or workshop.
Representing a first for the cleaning industry, the Admiral 4,000 puts Australian Pump way ahead of leading European steam cleaner manufacturers.
Admiral 4,000 heavy duty steam cleaners are ideal for earthmoving companies, transport operators, industry and farmers, offering design, performance and price advantages over big brand European machines featuring plastic covers and 3,000 psi pressure capability.
