Outdure supplied QwickBuild deck frames and exterior tiles for the balcony of a coastal home in Auckland, New Zealand.
The retired owners of this steep coastal property required low maintenance, future-proof construction products for the tile deck areas around the plunge pool and the adjacent large entertaining space. Strict planning constraints made the design process complex for the balcony.
QwickBuild deck frames were installed over the waterproof membrane and around the pool covering a total area of 65 square metres to support the exterior tiles in Mineral colour. This also allowed for a convenient level plane from the indoor floor.
