Alberta’s, a cosy 32-seat kitchen in Busselton, WA, is the vision of Kirsty Marchant and Ben Ing, who transformed a century-old blacksmith shop into a warm, inviting space. Prioritising intimacy and guest experience, they designed an open kitchen with seamless service in mind.

The Modbar coffee system and Billi’s Quadra Plus 9 were key selections, offering a sleek, space-saving solution that provided boiling, chilled, filtered, and hot water without obstructing interactions. The result is a beautifully curated venue that blends heritage with modern efficiency, where Billi’s discreet yet functional design perfectly complements Alberta’s commitment to hospitality and connection.
