Diamond cut limestone available from Limestone Quarries

The Diamond cut limestone, available from Limestone Quarries , has been used in the upmarket B&B to present visiting patrons with a feeling of exclusive and tranquil accommodation.

The gothic style windows have segmented limestone header courses, which were cut in factory from templates supplied by the builder. The radial arch windows also have limestone headers.

As the concentration of water/ rain on the window washes dirt down onto the natural limestone sill even though the natural limestone is sealed, it still has a certain amount of porosity and dirt and mould will accumulate in the pores.

Limestone Quarries now supply re- constituted limestone window sills, which have no water capillary and therefore do not go mouldy or grimy.
