The Oceania Glass™ water tower is a local landmark in Dandenong South, Victoria. Standing at about 42.5 metres in height, the water tower is over 60 years old and is a distinctive part of the industrial heritage in the south east suburbs of Melbourne.

The 84,600-gallon water sphere, which is approximately 380,700 litres of water, was originally constructed at a height sufficient to pressurise the distribution system for potable water and also to provide emergency storage for fire protection.

The water tower continues to stand strong and is fully functional.

The Oceania Glass™ water tower has had quite a journey over the years and was originally unpainted, then emblazoned with the distinctive Pilkington ACI ‘eye’ logo, and now proudly wears the Oceania Glass™ logo.
