Ngutungka Henley is a striking new library and community hub on Adelaide’s coastline, designed by JPE Design Studio. The project demanded high acoustic performance, structural integrity, and seamless integration of curved architectural features.

Siniat partnered with contractor Future Carpentry & Linings (FCL) to deliver advanced framing solutions and complete wall and ceiling systems, including Createx perforated plasterboard, Curveshield, and Fireshield. These systems not only met acoustic and fire-rating needs but also supported the design intent and reduced structural steel requirements.

Close collaboration, expert engineering, and reliable local supply through ADX Depot ensured the successful delivery of this culturally significant and technically complex build.
