Alucobond Architectural has designed its ALUCORE aluminium composite panels for use in high wind load applications, and where large unsupported spans are required.
Manufactured in a continuous coil process, these composite panels feature a PVF2 stove lacquered finish, which ensures an extremely high weather resistant surface.
They are available in a variety of dimensions and finishes. A viscoplastic adhesive bond results in better peel strength as well as allowing for additional fabrication options, such as bending.
Due to their decorative finish, ALUCORE aluminium composite panels are increasingly used in interior design applications as ceiling and wall claddings.
ALUCORE panels also offer temperature resistance from approximately -40ºC to +80ºC.
