Distributors of aluminium composite panels, Alucobond Architectural , has announced the appointment of Andrew Pike as National Sales Manager – Terracade, following its acquisition of exclusive distribution rights for the terracotta facade systems brand in Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.

Mr Pike will be responsible for driving sales growth of Terracade terracotta facade systems in cooperation with the Alucobond Architectural sales team and will be the company’s day to day contact with manufacturer, Austral Bricks.

Austral Bricks appointed Alucobond Architectural as exclusive distributor of the complete Terracade terracotta facade systems range, including Terracade TN, Terracade XP Smooth and Terracade XP Linear, in November.

Mr Pike said he was looking forward to working with an innovative product that is changing the face of new and refurbished building Australia wide.

“Terracade terracotta facade systems provide the flexibility, individuality and functionality required for innovative design in today’s competitive climate, and are an exciting addition to Alucobond Architectural’s existing range of products for the building and construction industry,” he said.

Mr Pike brings widespread sales knowledge and experience to his new role, having previously served as NSW Sales Manager – Corporate Identity and Display for Alucobond Architectural and NSW and New Zealand Sales Manager for Alucobond Architectural’s sister company, Octanorm Australia.
