Arcadia supplied and installed a diverse range of solar shading products for the facade of the residential apartments at 650 Albany Highway in East Victoria Park, WA.
Working with PACT Construction and Hillam Architects, Arcadia installed various façade elements across the multi-residential apartment development, setting a new benchmark for apartment design.
Among the solar shading products installed across the facade were Arcadia’s Zest, Verve, Ritz and Muse. Muse custom perforated screens are embedded with a creative design, inspired by the building surrounds.
Arcadia’s solar shading products add to the visual appeal of the building, while delivering optimal comfort for its residents with reduced solar glare and increased natural daylight – achieving a benchmark 4-star green rating for the development.
