Archclad Cliptray 48 panels from Architectural Cladding Australia were specified for the extension project at a grand residence in Brunswick. The garage and studio extension on the rear of the house features 278mm wide Archclad Cliptray 48 panels in Colorbond Jasper, installed by Nolan Roofing.
Archclad Cliptray 48mm provides for a snap fix installation wherein the male rib is secured to the substructure purlin or girt with a proprietary concealed fixing clip made from 0.8mm stainless steel Gr404 (for Aluminium, Titanium Zinc and Copper; for Colorbond and Zincalume, the clips are manufactured from 0.8mm Zincalume high-tensile material).
Archclad Cliptray 48mm is a roof and wall cladding profile featuring a 48mm high standing seam rib; a concealed clip offering up to three fixing points at each rib; minimum roof pitch of 1 degree; relief for fixing screw heads; enlarged shoulder and corresponding barb for positive ‘snap’ engagement; and structural profile that does not require a continuous substructure; as well as optional adjustable roll-formed widths; tapered panels; and stiffener ribs.
