- Continuous safe paths of travel
- Building entry
- Suite layouts and furniture fit-out
- Doorway and corridor widths
- Toilet facilities.
Australian Disabled Access Consultants’ disabled access design negotiations and access assessment report for the Construction Certificate ensured compliance with:
a) The guiding principles of the Disabilities Discrimination Act, and
b) Australian Standards and Canterbury City Council’s built environment disabled access design guidelines for commercial medical centre development within the Lakemba Business District.
