Bildspec installed their operable wall at Evolution Mining’s new head office in Sydney to create a private collaboration area within an open floor plan.
A leading, globally relevant gold mining company, Evolution operates five wholly-owned mines including Cowal in New South Wales, Mungari in Western Australia, Mt Rawdon and Ernest Henry in Queensland, and Red Lake in Ontario, Canada.
Located on Liverpool Street, Evolution’s new office features Bildspec’s Series 100 movable acoustic walls, which met the brief from designer-builder PMG Group for creating a user-friendly operable wall with a DDA-compliant panel-hung pass door. This needed to meet at 90 degrees using a multi-meeting post. DDA compliance was also required when the operable wall was closed/in place.
Bildspec successfully completed the brief, installing DDA compliant Rw45 rated acoustic walls with an Ecoustic 8mm panel finish.
