The Longueville House was the perfect canvas for BoConcept to showcase their versatility with designs that push the boundaries.
Exemplifying BoConcept's mid-century roots and taking them back to their beginnings in the 1950s, the home marries the timeless elegance of a Californian Bungalow with a contemporary extension to the rear. This architectural fusion allowed BoConcept enough creative freedom to design using bold colour and brave contrasts.
Dining room
In the dining room, we paired the Eames-inspired Adelaide dining chairs with the sleek Alicante table. This combination ensured we carried the contemporary/ mid-century design ethos from room to room.
Living room
The Amsterdam sofa was the obvious choice for the unique home. The stunning sofa is special, because it combines contemporary sleek lines with mid-century stitching panels on the seat cushions. The sofa has versatile/ moveable back cushions and is large enough for the whole family. We chose a striking gold-coloured chenille fabric to add to the dramatic flair of the room. To intensify this drama, we then contrasted the sofa with the Blue Charlotte (jelly bean) armchair.
