The WA Division of Boom Logistics recently took delivery of a 500 tonne capacity Liebherr LTM 1500 All Terrain crane, following a factory rebuild of the unit.
“Summarising specs, we can say this,” said Robert Smith, Logistics Manager at Boom Logistics’ Welshpool depot.
“It consists of two full power hydraulic booms that are interchangeable – one at 52m and the other at 84m. And, there is a full luffing carousel fly jib with a reach of 92m.
“The crane will be committed to a lot of work in the mining regions of WA where a big radius is needed in building and refurbishing work at mine sites.” added Robert Smith.
