Two commercial barbecues from D A Christie were installed at Ford Park, Ivanhoe as part of the shared facilities for the local community.
Highly valued by the community for its vast open spaces, pathways and landscaped areas, Ford Park is located within Bellfield bordering Ivanhoe, an area that is experiencing significant change and growth.
The 9.5-hectare public park was designed by ACLA Consultants Landscape Architecture and Design for Banyule City Council as a sporting park with two great ovals and has the potential to become a vibrant local park, accommodating many formal sporting activities and passive and active recreation.
Ford Park features an array of sporting facilities such as a cricket pitch, a football pitch, play equipment, a pavilion, and two A Series double barbecues from Christie installed by JMAC Construction for the community to enjoy.
