DECO Australia showcased a broad range of quality hard anodising and protective surface finishing capabilities at Land Forces 2021, the ultimate land-based defence event in Australia.
Recently held in Brisbane earlier this month, the three-day exhibition is a crucial platform in advancing Australia’s defence capabilities, bringing together defence, prime contractors and Australian suppliers to help foster industry connections and increase Australian Industry Capability for critical defence projects.
DECO is making strides into the defence market with their quality ISO 9001 accredited finishing processes and MIL SPEC compliant anodising enabling them to provide durability and longevity for machined parts, weapon components, automotive parts for land vehicles and a host of other crucial components. This expo was a great opportunity for DECO to meet with key defence industry players and showcase the valuable contribution they can make to the defence industry.
DECO’s range of quality finishes includes DecoUltra ZD, a ‘true’ zero-degree method of hard anodising used to produce high quality extremely durable aluminium oxide finishes for aluminium. All of DECO’s anodising processes and products are tested to MIL-A-8625F. DECO also offers sublimation technology for maximum image retention, anodising, ceramic coating, passivation and in-house testing services.
