The GH Commercial team supplied a custom carpet solution for the guest areas of the new Vibe Hotel in North Sydney.
Located in a prime position in the heart of North Sydney’s bustling business precinct, the Vibe Hotel Northpoint offers easy access to cafes and shops, and is also conveniently close to the train station. Designed by Nettleton Tribe Architects, Vibe offers all the amenities of a modern-day hotel, including a rooftop pool and a casual dining atrium.
The architecture firm sought out Godfrey Hirst to supply a custom carpet designed to complement the luxurious interior finishes of the Vibe guestrooms. Based on the initial concepts provided by the architects, the in-house designers at Godfrey Hirst worked the pattern to meet the parameters for the guest bedrooms, and then presented a few options and colourways to the Nettleton team.
The corridor carpet was created in Godfrey Hirst’s Organic pattern and recoloured to match the carpet design throughout the bedrooms. Using their excellent understanding of the harmony between corridor and guestroom designs, the team was able to create patterns and colourways to enhance the guest experience.
