Collaboration promoted through colour theory
The interiors of Slattery's new Melbourne office focus on human-centred design. Slattery not only wanted a space that was aesthetically beautiful, but it was also important that the design was truly informed by placing their people at the heart of the process. By focusing on factors such as wellbeing, inclusivity, comfort, belonging and purpose, Slattery was able to create a productive work environment that their people wanted to work and collaborate in.
The boardroom and meeting hubs in the Slattery office utilised colour theory within their interior design elements to create dedicated zones that aim to produce greater sense of creativity. GH Commercial was able to provide the ideal flooring solution for these coloured spaces by creating custom Designer Jet carpet tiles. Paired with the sophisticated furnishings in each relevant space, the Designer Jet carpet tiles tied into the specific colour palette to create the perfect sense of cohesion and inviting collaboration.
