Venture Plank Fendi from Havwoods was selected for an exclusive residential apartment project in Soho, London to meet specific design objectives.
Richmond Buildings, a centrally located but uninspiring office building was transformed by HL Studio and English Rose Estates into a luxury residential development. Since space was at a premium, every square foot of space needed to be flexible and multifunctional. For HL Studio, the choice of flooring was an important element of the interior design plan in order to create both spaciousness and flow between rooms.
Havwoods’ Venture Plank Fendi was chosen as the flooring in the luxury apartments for its exceptional durability and natural appearance. Both of these attributes were necessary for this project where individual styles of the future residents as well as practicalities needed to be considered.
From a visual perspective, the oak tone of Venture Plank Fendi blended well with the overall palette of textured brickwork and contemporary surfaces.
