Located at the Kangaroo Point Highrise apartments in Riverside, Brisbane, the awnings were installed to block the intense afternoon Queensland sun and provide shade to the entertainment area.
Three Helioshade motorised, retractable, articulated arm awnings with motion detection sensors have been installed at the apartment complex. Helio 100 fabric and a somfy motor were used in the installation.
It was custom-made and tailored to the client’s exact needs, which made a tricky installation a breeze. A Helioscreen Gold Coast agent completed the install at the residential complex within a few hours.
Due to the proximity of the river to the apartment complex, a wind rated awning was used.
