Geostone, Holcim Australia’s decorative concrete brand has launched The Sydney Range, a designer collection of over 20 new decorative concrete products in a vivid display of colour and sophistication.
Grounded in natural, local Australian stone
At the heart of Geostone’s new range is the natural stone sourced from regional New South Wales. Underpinned by white, black and brown stone, the new range also uses the latest colour oxides that provide the perfect canvas to hero the local stone.
“The Sydney Range represents a new horizon for Geostone as the products developed are unlike anything currently offered in this space. We hope the new products provide additional opportunities for architects, designers and our customers. After a busy couple of years for everyone in housing, this unique range provides a refreshing new start for homeowners, builders and architects alike,” Geostone’s national value added products manager Joshua Marks commented.
The designer collection features a spectrum of colours from lighter Hamptons-inspired products all the way to the ultramodern black on black stone and canvas.
Brought to life by Geostone’s Approved Installer Network
With the lockdown restrictions across Sydney, Geostone wasted no time enlisting the help of their Approved Installer Network, a dedicated network of trusted Geostone concreters to bring the new range to life.
Aaron and Paige from APS Contracting, an approved installer, were instrumental in developing the new Sydney Range. With the new Sydney Range, the firm has embodied the styles, themes and colour trends that their customers have been requesting.
“The Sydney Range aligns with architectural trends in Sydney. We are getting more and more customer requests for driveways and outdoor areas to match styles like Hamptons, French provincial, coastal and acreage. The products developed in collaboration with Geostone perfectly fit the brief,” APS Contracting director Paige Simeon explained.
All the products in The Sydney Range can be exposed, honed or polished when finished – this means the full range can be utilised both internally as polished flooring and externally in driveways, entertainment areas or even parks and recreational applications. The new designer collection aims to create a spectrum of choice for consumers to be creative when designing their interior or exterior spaces to their preferences.
