Architecturally designed by Bates Smart, 420 George St is a mixed-use development and the only one of its kind to achieve a 5 Star Green Office ‘As Built’ Green Star V2 rating in NSW.
With project managers TSA Management and builders Renascent at the helm of the build, lighting designers Lightwaves were engaged to forge a design that met the needs of the client.
Using a selection of lighting to elevate and illuminate the space, a combination of ERCO 48W Parscan spotlights, ultra compact Coolon Slim and GAN Pole Light Twin 10s created an elegant and effective curation of architectural lighting.
