Kings Roller Grilles and Shutters (KRGS) was contracted by Brookfield Multiplex to supply and install roller shutters at the new South East Regional Hospital in Bega, NSW.
A new integrated health facility designed to deliver a wider range of enhanced medical services to the Bega Valley and broader community, the $171.6 million South East Regional Hospital is located on a 17.5-hectare greenfield site, approximately 1.5 kilometres from the Bega CBD and is the biggest infrastructure project to be undertaken in the Bega Valley Shire. The hospital project was funded through the Australian Government's Health and Hospitals Fund (HHF) and by the NSW Government.
KRGS was appointed for the project following their successful delivery of several health projects in New South Wales including the recently completed Chris O'Brien Lifehouse and the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney.
