Kings Roller Grilles and Shutters (KRGS) supplied and installed their Series II roller shutters and steel shutters for The Byron Central Hospital (BCH) project in Byron Bay, NSW.
Working with their client Brookfield Multiplex and the architect on the project, Nettleton Tribe, KRGS Doors installed the shutters at the BCH, considered an important piece of social infrastructure for the Byron Shire Community. Plans for the development were finalised in late 2014 with works commencing in early 2015.
Located at Ewingsdale near Byron Bay, the hospital has approximately 9,400 square metres of floor space, accommodating 65 beds and an emergency department as well as maternity services, mental healthcare services, emergency care services, chemotherapy services, oral health services and a pharmacy.
