Cleveland Point in Queensland has had a make-over with some unique solutions from Landmark Products .
Redland City Council needed plenty of space for picnic settings and BBQ’s used by the bus loads of users who frequent the foreshore.
Landmark Products offered a unique solution which combined its standard 3x3, 4x4 and 5x5 timber skillion shelters to form a single 11m long structure.
GMW Urban for the council involved Landmark Products from the beginning of the project. Its internal resources and skills contributed to the spectacular result provided for the point.
Additionally, a Coastal restroom was installed at the park. As it is situated on the foreshore in a marine environment, the restroom features an all-timber and stainless construction, which mirrors the shelter while providing the same corrosion resistance.
The park created offers functionality with an aesthetic appeal.
Products used in the revitalisation of the park included the K9406 Coastal restroom – 2D2C with two 5000L water tanks and three modified K300 shelters.
