Since the introduction of Landmark Products K300 range in 2002, this shelter remains the benchmark in terms of design, durability, versatility and cost effectiveness.
Clients all over Australia have been waiting for a fresh, modern shelter to invigorate the aesthetics of their open spaces. Landmark Products were listening and drew on their decades of experience in design and fabrication to create an extensive range that has rapidly become a favourite of both specifiers and end users.
By offering a handmade hardwood screen as standard with each shelter, Landmark Products were able to maximise sun protection while complementing the uncluttered roofline.
The K300 shelters are designed and manufactured to withstand the rigours of public use and offer many years of maintenance-free service. Engineered to comply with Australian Standards and Local Building Codes and withstand N3-W41N winds with C3-W60C cyclonic rated versions available, it is ideal for most Australian environments.
Standard K300 shelters are available with LOSP treated Hoop Pine, ACQ treated hardwood or steel posts and the customer can choose from a range of standard accessories including side screen panels and baluster handrails in timber or aluminium.
Over the past six years many clients have availed themselves of Landmark Products in-house drafting and engineering to adapt these shelters to their specific requirements. The K302 Inskip and K303 Tilligerry shelters in particular lend themselves to combinations that are innovative and functional.
Whether joined together with Landmark Products’ standard Kingston hardwood pergola, overlapping the roofs with extended posts, or simply adding plinths to visually anchor the structure, they can advise the customer on the most cost-effective way to achieve his desired result.
