French design studio Cigue partnered with Woodos for the design of a new car showroom for Korean luxury car brand Genesis in Melbourne.
For such a premium brand, Cigue chose an equally premium material palette, enveloping clients in a truly luxurious experience the moment they set foot in the showroom.
Part of that experience is the extensive use of quality veneers and timbers to create a warmth quite unusual for a car showroom. Cigue’s design vision for the prestigious Genesis Studio project presented Woodos with an opportunity to showcase the truly creative aspects of timber veneers.
The natural textures and tones of the timbers contrast perfectly with the sleek lines and finishes of the vehicles, while complementing each other on the quality aspect.
