Metabo’s SXE 450 TurboTec Duo Orbital Sander allows the user to sand up to 38% faster at the push of a button.
It’s a first in random orbital sanding with the addition to their woodworking range of a 150mm Duo Orbital Sander with Turbo Boost technology for enhanced performance.
The SXE 450 TurboTec Duo Orbital Sander is two sanders in one. It has duo orbit diameter settings: 2.8mm and 6.2mm for greater versatility of sanding.
Pre- selected speed delivers maximum reserve power on demand at the touch of a button with turbo boost technology to remove even more material.
In addition, the SXE 450 TurboTec Duo Orbital Sander’s electronic speed control allows the user to maintain the right amount of power for any surface material.
Press the Duo oscillating button and switch from fine to coarse sanding with two diameter settings: 2.8mm & 6.2mm. The on-board Intec dust extraction unit with a filter can be cleaned and reused several times for a cleaner working environment.
The unit can be easily removed and plugged into a vacuum connection.
The removable additional handle means easy guiding of the sander with virtually no effort for greater control. The rubber-coated handle has a secure grip during operation with less vibration for better comfort.
Made in Germany to high quality standards, the SXE 450 TurboTec Duo Orbital Sander comes with 3 sanding discs, a removable side handle and an allen key.
