National Tiles worked with the team from Network Ten’s Healthy Homes TV Australia on a bathroom renovation project for a Melbourne family that was going through tough times. The last episode of the television series featured the renovation project, which involved modifying the bathroom to accommodate the needs of two of the children suffering from Cystic Fibrosis.
The team from Healthy Homes reached out to offer a helping hand to the well deserving mother of five, who had suffered the loss of her husband and child within a short space of time. The hosts from Healthy Homes Dani Wales and Walt Collins took on the project to renovate and breathe new life into the rundown space.
National Tiles contributed the tiles for this worthwhile project while a number of tradespeople and suppliers donated their time.
A neutral colour scheme was chosen to create a modern look that wouldn’t date easily. National Tiles supplied the durable and long lasting Promenade Ash 300x600 floor tiles to achieve a contemporary and timeless look. The luxurious feature wall was created with pattern and depth using the beautiful Carrara White Herringbone mosaic tiles and complemented by 300x600 Matt White wall tiles.
