Siemens PLM Software, provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, recently announced the appointment of Phoenx PLM , EnDuraSim and ADA CADPartners as new reseller service partners. These appointments will significantly strengthen Siemens’ customer-service and technical resources throughout Australia.
These highly experienced partners were appointed by Siemens PLM Software following an extensive review to identify ways to enhance customer support and expand regional resources. Siemens PLM Software also increased its local professional capabilities by bringing on board a new professional services team led by a senior regional director for Australia and New Zealand.
Siemens PLM Software reseller service partners and customers will also have access to a globally ranked, technical regional support center. This telephone support center is set to operate during Australian business hours. Siemens PLM Software will also have a local support account manager dedicated to partner and customer needs.

Phoenx PLM is a KarelCAD group company and will sell and support a full range of Siemens PLM Software turnkey solutions including NX software computer-aided design, manufacturing and engineering analysis (CAD/CAM/CAE) solution, and Teamcenter software PLM system used in offices in Auckland, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
