Engineered timber flooring from Precision Flooring was part of the materials palette selected for the Space&Co workspace in Sydney to create a modern-industrial design theme.
Designed by BVN in collaboration with Schiavello, Space&Co’s 1,224-square-metre coworking space on George Street uses a combination of engineered timber, raw concrete, aluminium and glass to create the modern-industrial aesthetic.
Located in one of Sydney’s most vibrant precincts, the well-designed office draws abundant natural light and offers impressive views of George Street all across to the iconic Sydney Town Hall and the Queen Victoria building.
