Artificial turf can provide a low maintenance, reliable alternative for use in playgrounds, and Regal Grass will soon offer MultiUse synthetic turf for just this purpose.
With playground surfaces receiving more foot traffic than other grassed areas, such as sports fields, artificial turf designed for these applications needs to be more durable.
Regal Grass have developed MultiUse to deliver long lasting performance while still offering the benefits of conventional artificial turf, such as:
- no maintenance hassle
- no puddles
- quick-drying materials; and
- no slippery conditions as a result of algae.
MultiUse has been extensively tested to outlast other tape or monofilament fibre products, and does not need to be filled completely with sand to protect its fibres.
Only a single layer of sand is required, as the curled fibres will cover the sand layer, presenting a clean and green surface that discourages the growth of moss and weeds.
