Schiavello Group congratulates Keti Malkoski and Dr Jacqueline C Vischer
on the successful launch of their book titled ‘The power of workspace for
people and business’.
Hosted in Sydney and Melbourne recently, the book launch functions saw over
250 guests including architects, designers, executives and workplace
strategists joining Keti and Jacqueline for a series of discussions on transformational
workspace psychology.
Published by Schiavello in Australia, the new book explores how workplace
change management and ‘co-creation’ with employee participation are imperative components
of a new workspace outcome.
Using several real-life examples of how companies and employers have
made the 'right' workspace decisions, the book invites workspace users – the
employees – to participate in the process by providing constructive feedback
and help create innovative and thoughtful designs that meet their needs and
support their work.
