Sync, the bathroom pod division of Hickory Group has been engaged by the developer Pellicano to deliver bathrooms for Stage 2 of the South City Square project in Brisbane.
A $600 million mixed-use precinct located in the inner-city Brisbane suburb of Woolloongabba, South City Square comprises of six residential building and a hotel. The development will feature an internal square offering a mix of retail, hospitality and public amenities.
Sync by Hickory will provide 224 bathroom pods across ten different typologies for the 15-storey New Deshon apartment complex, being built as part of Stage 2 of the project. Designed by DBI Design, New Deshon will offer 140 apartments in one, two and three bedroom configurations. Key design highlights of the apartment building also include a recreational landscaped roof terrace, a rooftop pool, barbeque areas, a supermarket, and the shell for future retail amenities.
