Tint Design has showcased two projects on their website where they have used decorative films to completely transform the look of two Melbourne hotels.
Precision cut coloured vinyl decorative films applied to louvre blades
The first project was for Hotel Y in Elizabeth Street. Tint Design's brief was to transform the hotel's reception area so it would have maximum impact to people entering the building. Coloured translucent film was used and creatively applied onto louvre blades to give a dramatic, colourful effect, especially when back lit.
Digital print of artwork onto frost window film
The second project was for the Caroline Springs Hotel. An original artwork was digitally printed onto frosted window film which was then installed onto a glass wall in the lounge of the hotel in an effort to give the area a more relaxed atmosphere.
