Paragon architectural window and door systems from Wideline are featured throughout a new four-storey, five-bedroom coastal home in Tamarama, NSW.
This knockdown rebuild of a single storey semi by Harmony Build was designed by CSA Architects to maximise the multi-million dollar view and aspect at this eastern Sydney beachside location. The $2.5-million architecturally designed residence features floating stairs, plunge pool and large expanses of glass making the most of natural light and the stunning ocean vista.
Access and time were the two main challenges for Wideline during the execution of this project. Working closely with the builder to navigate some restrictive elements of this job, Wideline’s supply and install team negotiated within the extremely narrow site. The project timeline also coincided with the annual Sculptures of the Sea exhibition, which saw local council close access to the road. Wideline worked to a stringent delivery schedule to maintain momentum with the build, which was project managed by All In Project Management.
Wideline’s Paragon architectural window and door systems were installed throughout the Tamarama home in an ultra-durable Ultriva Sable finish with an extended 20-year warranty – hardwearing to resist the harsh salt spray of the coastal environment.
Wideline products installed at the Tamarama home included Paragon range double hung windows, Fixedlite windows, awning windows, sliding windows, cavity stacking doors, stacking doors, sliding doors and wide stile entry door in addition to SafeLine fall prevention screens.
