Founded in 2012, Logico Homes is a multi-award winning, Sydney-based professional home builder.
The company emphasises homes that maximise space, push energy efficiency and have an air of stately elegance. Through using the latest environment-friendly building technology and techniques, Logico Homes strives to reduce the carbon footprint of their developments.
Logico Homes was recognised by the Housing Industry Association by winning the esteemed 2018 HIA Most Professional Small Builder of Australia, an award coveted by the top home builders in the country.
Their latest project was for a client in NSW. The project tasted success at the 2018 NSW awards, taking out Bathroom of the Year and being a finalist in Kitchen of the Year.
The kitchen was designed and installed in collaboration with Mii Kitchens, who installed the kitchen cabinetry. The design serves as the heart of the house, suited to the needs of family living.
Slabs of stone and cabinetry panelling serve to discreetly integrate appliances into the design, rendering them invisible. The unconventional layout of the design allows the kitchen to be used as a bar or servery to cater for the surrounding living spaces.
The texture is applied through grey stone accents, black fixtures and dark timber cabinetry. A key feature of the design is a cantilevered stone feature on an island bench, which is illuminated by a trio of concrete pendants.
The award-winning bathroom, in collaboration with Mii Kitchens, features a lavish open-planned ensuite at the heart of a master suite. Uniquely, the removal of the conventional wall separating the bathroom and living area allows for open flow.
A feature floor-to-ceiling mirror enhances the illusion of a large, uninterrupted space, making the vanity appear as if it is floating. Additional features include rose gold tapware to add warmth, opulent Carrara marble wall tiles, and dark timber accents to form layers of rich, inviting textures.
